Keap’s Campaign Manager is brilliant when it comes to working with communications to contacts.
Unfortunately, right now Keap only permits a contact to be in a sequence once.
That’s a problem if for example a contact requests several quotations (or opportunities) at the same time.
And, what happens if each opportunity is valid for only a limited time?
Currently, Keap is limited so, you would need to manage these manually. Which defeats the purpose of having automation.
So we created software agents in our technology and solved the problem by having the agents handle the process as it would be carried out by people – applying roles and responsibilities to each of software agents.
Instead of having to deal with each opportunity manually, the solution manages the entire process. Making sure that over a 28 day period, more than 5,000 opportunities exist at once. Even when the same contact/opportunity may be active in the campaign multiple times.
